The Family is moving to Oregon to be closer to parents. This house was designed as the owner's retirement house with many features not normally designed into modern houses. Design, Construction, and Materials used are far beyond code and not found in contractor built houses. House was renovated in 2005 and rebuilt as a modern custom built three story house with finished basement.
